Located at 5600 Spring Mountain Rd in the heart of Las Vegas’s vibrant Chinatown district, SK Seafood Restaurant is a standout destination for lovers of authentic Chinese, Cantonese, and seafood cuisine. As soon as you step inside, you are enveloped in a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements the artistry and richness of each dish. Whether you're a devoted fan of traditional flavors or eager to explore more nuanced, fresh tastes, SK Seafood offers a memorable dining experience that tantalizes the senses.

The menu is a treasure trove of classic and signature specialties, starting with their acclaimed SK Signature Crispy Squab, where the succulent bird is masterfully cooked to achieve golden, crackling skin and tender, flavorful meat beneath. Seafood enthusiasts will find themselves enchanted by the Deep Fried Flounder, expertly light and crispy, paired beautifully with a delicate black bean sauce or salt and pepper seasoning that strikes a perfect balance between zest and umami.

Soup lovers must not miss the luxurious Fish Maw Crab Meat Chowder, a comforting bowl that is remarkably rich without being heavy, showcasing silky fish maw with sweet, fresh crab meat in a savory broth. Other highlights further illustrate SK Seafood’s dedication to authentic Cantonese flavors — the Golden Tofu offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture, while pork aficionados will delight in both the Pork Neck with String Beans and the famously indulgent 東坡肉 (Dongpo Pork), slow-braised to silky perfection.

For those seeking vibrant, wok-fired dishes, the restaurant’s Yang Chow Fried Rice is a classic staple, fragrant and dotted with shrimp, vegetables, and tender bits of meat. The Eggplant with Garlic Sauce presents a bold, smoky kick, and the Bitter Melon Beef with Black Bean Sauce offers a beautifully balanced bitterness complemented by savory black bean notes. These dishes come alive with a freshness and depth that stand out even among the many Chinese restaurants in Las Vegas.

Appetizers such as the refreshing Cold Cucumber and the silky, creamy Preserved Egg with Cold Tofu prepare your palate for the feast ahead, while the Steamed Bun and Deep Fried Scallion Pancake are perfect for sharing and setting the tone for communal dining, a hallmark of traditional Chinese meals.

The service at SK Seafood is consistently praised in guest reviews, reflecting a professionalism and warmth that ensures your visit is relaxed and enjoyable. One diner, David Bar, recounted how attentive the team was in preparing for his large party of 12, handling last-minute seating adjustments with remarkable grace. Others like Wen Tung have recommended the place enthusiastically, praising the freshness and authentic wok flavor that only comes with skill and dedication.

The generous portions and reasonable pricing also come as a pleasant surprise, making SK Seafood an outstanding value given the quality. Complimentary white rice and tea are offered, creating a tradition-respecting setting that reminds you of genuine home-style Cantonese hospitality. What an experience here... I've only been to a few traditional Chinese or Cantonese restaurants in my life, none really worth remembering... Enter SK Seafood. Mind you I have a group of 12 people, I did call ahead a few weeks ahead to place a reservation. We showed up a little early ending a conference and they were still preparing our table but they set everything up extremely quick, and it fit all 12 of us with mild comfortability. However we weren't just there to be comfortable, we were there to eat. To FEAST more like it. Starting with ordering off the menu, my colleagues who are fluent in Chinese and Cantonese just picked everything, but they let me choose the lobster so our amazing and kind waitress brought it out to show and it was a good looking one. Fast forward 25 minutes and we get our appetizers, a little bit of a wait but to be expected for so much food ordered and a big group of people. It was also 6pm so we hit main dinner rush. Props to them for hammering everyone's food out. As the food kept coming, the flavors kept increasing, each with its own unique attributes. I can 100% attest that not a single person in my entire group disliked any items brought to our table. It was of the highest quality, flavoring, and to top it off, my colleagues said that in all their years, they haven't ever found a place in the United States that serves this food and is comparable with what it's like where it originated from. So I know that's saying something. Moral of the story, if you think it looks good, it's going to be even better. Give this place a try, our entire group of 12 still has dreams of this place even after ending our stay in Las Vegas.

Oh my goodness this place is truly a gem. Thanks to Danny the medic recommended this place on YouTube. Everything was super delicious. The satay shrimp chow fun was super delicious and the noodles had a wok taste and super fresh. My dad got the roast duck and it was super tasty and the skin was crispy. The rice and tea were free and not many Chinese restaurant would do that. Aloy of Chinese restaurant charges for rice. The seafood clay pot was sooo good and the fried fish filet was also delicious. If you are visiting Vegas and looking for a good Chinese food and you won't be disappointed with SK seafood. The prices were sooo reasonable and lunch portions were huge.

We came here but still have to wait for table due to full house on a Monday night. Both food and service were good. My friends hardly eat Chinese food and they were surprised by the taste and they really enjoyed. I’m glad to find such a place in Vegas. 6 dishes out the door including tips and tax is $145. With big portions too. White rice is come along free. And to be honest the fried rice was pretty bland. Can ask for extra chili oil. My friends said they are pretty nice (I don’t quite eat spicy food, so I never tried it)

I've eaten Chinese food a lot, around the world. This restaurant is the best for how good the food is. Fantastic for treating people who are looking for familiar American Chinese, the Kung Pow Chicken is really good ditto the Mongolian Beef. Also great for someone looking for something traditional, the cold chicken is some of the best in the world according to my Chinese friend. Furthermore, if you want something new the Salt and Pepper pork chop is my favorite, along with the deep fried whole flounder. With that one, ask the chef to chop it up before cooking to make it even better. Done forget to eat the fins!

This restaurant may be small, but the crowd was great and the atmosphere felt lively. It was my first time dining here, so we ordered the sweet and sour crab and wow, the food was delicious! The service was absolutely amazing. Our server, a Chinese lady who speaks Tagalog, was hilarious and very kind, which made the whole experience even better. Overall, it was a very good dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place for fresh seafood and friendly service!

Food: tasty! The honey walnut shrimp and fried rice is my favorite. Its flavorful and not too salty. The salt and pepper pork is not something I would try again. I can see MSG on the pork! Way too much MSG on this dish. The fish maw and crab soup is pretty good. Service: typical chinese restaurant service, don’t expect any exceptional service here. Atmosphere: none. Just a regular Chinese restaurant. Value: good value in my opinion. You come for the food and not service or atmosphere for special event then this is the restaurant.
